Awareness

Become aware of your own behavioural reactive, patterns.  They tend to run on automatic and are conditioned by the past.  Awareness is the ability to observe your own thoughts.  It is a state of being present with yourself and your conscious state of being.

Patterns

Self-talk, certain phrases going through your mind, judging yourself/others. Behaviours that no longer serve you. Feeling-thinking traps that seem to self-propel. Automatic patterns are part of the unconscious, and a form of trance. The patterns run till the end before the thinking brain can evaluate the situation.  All patterns that are run by your unconscious mind are intended for your highest good.

Intervention

Shining a light on false interpretations of the reality, sense perceptions, intentions, meaning. Working to dissolve the underlying emotion that triggers the pattern and breaking its link to behavioural rituals allows to produce a different outcome.  To change a programmed unconscious pattern requires going beyond the analytical mind and working with the unconscious.
